I downloaded and the desktop app didn’t work until I uninstalled and installed 3 times over the phone app doesn’t backup in the background so you have to have it open and in the app to download and the download is about 24 hours if you have a large backup as I do for my phone and the desktop forget about it…. I would suggest turning your settings not to sleep mode when download is present all in all I was not impressed with speed and compatibility. I personally will be contacting customer for a refund snd will update the process of customer csre

Works well, it is stable and the speed is correct. Also include an app for synology backup so it is perfect to me

I ended up requiring a refund as there mobile backup function was not available as. They were working to iron out bugs and that is the only devices I use. Having done all the signup procedure I did think it was a good site, that was intuitive to use and well constructed. If they sought the mobile side of things and Machiest still has a deal Im pretty sure I will use it.

Good day What I like with Elephant drive is that it allow me to sync my NAS and and have a backup of my folder as well as the folder I choose from my laptop. I am using win11 and I hope it will work seamlessly.
